To speed things up, we believe we need to dramatically transform kids’ concepts of the future, JUMP AHEAD present status.
Jump Ahead L3C is an effort to address some of these concerns and make a difference every day in kids’ life. The seed of the organization was sown after Chief Energy Officer won a $10,000 grant to partner with The City of Grand Rapids to create a program for Non-Violence to keep kids out of the streets and to help them learn the hard skills and life skills to survive in a world that is given Youth High-End Opportunities to make a difference in their community, but also help them advance in society With E-Sports, Basketball, 3-D Printing, Arts, Music, Service Learning, Special Events, Stipends, & Workshops. With many other Extra-Curricular activities to help youth become the best versions of themselves. They are looking forward to bringing this into reality & expanding this worldwide.
MEET THE VISIONARY
Deandre, Founder, Jump Ahead, is a very kind-hearted person. Empowering others has been a passion for his since his days of school. Jump Ahead is a result of his passion. An ardent supporter of the street youths, he believes in tailor-made programs for his students across the demographic spectrum. His expeditions take him to diverse and unique places ensuring complete learning.
Deandre has developed a youth program based on stipends, service learning, special events, & workshops. Has helped keep at least 10 kids off the streets and paid them for their service-learning. Deandre will create something that will change the world.
INSPIRATION BEHIND THE INCEPTION
In 2018 Deandre won a grant for $10,000 to create a program for non-profit to keep youth off the streets and out of trouble with law enforcement. He understood from a young age that most of the programs that are mainstream or corporate doesn’t get to the root cause of problems that youth face in today’s society. So his goal was to create a company that could help bridge the gap between police and community relations, keep youth safe, help them with interpersonal communication skills, and help them develop the hard skills they need to survive in today’s modern society.
READY TO CREATE A MARK
Well, as of now Jump Ahead is in the development stages. It has partnerships with stores coming soon to help generate revenue to properly develop its company selling clothing & other memorabilia.
Further Deandre shares, “What will separate us from the competition is we believe there isn’t any competition we will add E-Sports in our program which is a Billion dollar industry it’s not even mainstream yet, properly developed curriculums to teach youth how to become better human beings. Basketball, Arts, Music, 3D Printing, without hold back on others’ creativity. We will also hire youth and pay them for service learning or community-based work as we did previously with the $10,000 grant we won while talking about the unique factors of Jump Ahead.”

Deandre explains, “Right now we are trying to gain as much capital as we can to properly build the company; it’s no major barriers in the non-profit industry. I believe people create barriers. We have an opportunity to make an innovative program that can help countries and students and young adults all over the world”.

The Major challenges we face as a company is just getting more traction. We have a lot of people that believe in our vision, but we are in the development stage. We need capital.

We’ve been able to attract different people who want to pour into our company rather it’s resources, potential investors marketers, we’ve been able to successfully market our company because we are trying to bring something new and never been done before.
CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION
Jump Ahead is focused on spreading positive vibes, they understand energy and people, and all of their buildings are eco-friendly and are based on solar panels and renewable energy. If the United States Green Building Council is in any state or city the team works to build eco-friendly buildings. In other countries, also they are looking for eco-friendly ways to build.
CREATING REAL AND LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS
“We look to create real genuine relationships with cities, states, or countries we partner with helping them develop better infrastructure, help anyone involved with the program become a better thinker, individual a better learner,” asserts Deandre.
“We will help youth earn money for their community work to help employees with better wages and treat everyone with love and respect,” he further adds.
