Deandre, Founder, Jump Ahead, is a very kind-hearted person. Empowering others has been a passion for his since his days of school. Jump Ahead is a result of his passion. An ardent supporter of the street youths, he believes in tailor-made programs for his students across the demographic spectrum. His expeditions take him to diverse and unique places ensuring complete learning.

Deandre has developed a youth program based on stipends, service learning, special events, & workshops. Has helped keep at least 10 kids off the streets and paid them for their service-learning. Deandre will create something that will change the world.

INSPIRATION BEHIND THE INCEPTION

In 2018 Deandre won a grant for $10,000 to create a program for non-profit to keep youth off the streets and out of trouble with law enforcement. He understood from a young age that most of the programs that are mainstream or corporate doesn’t get to the root cause of problems that youth face in today’s society. So his goal was to create a company that could help bridge the gap between police and community relations, keep youth safe, help them with interpersonal communication skills, and help them develop the hard skills they need to survive in today’s modern society.

READY TO CREATE A MARK

Well, as of now Jump Ahead is in the development stages. It has partnerships with stores coming soon to help generate revenue to properly develop its company selling clothing & other memorabilia.

Further Deandre shares, “What will separate us from the competition is we believe there isn’t any competition we will add E-Sports in our program which is a Billion dollar industry it’s not even mainstream yet, properly developed curriculums to teach youth how to become better human beings. Basketball, Arts, Music, 3D Printing, without hold back on others’ creativity. We will also hire youth and pay them for service learning or community-based work as we did previously with the $10,000 grant we won while talking about the unique factors of Jump Ahead.”

Deandre explains, “Right now we are trying to gain as much capital as we can to properly build the company; it’s no major barriers in the non-profit industry. I believe people create barriers. We have an opportunity to make an innovative program that can help countries and students and young adults all over the world”.
