And I had few experiences which led to me choosing the immigration sector to render my services. In 2008, I started off doing B2B immigration consulting and in 2009 XIPHIAS Immigration had its birth. I had a 2 member staff to start off with, who literally had no understanding of the immigration world. In the same year, we started of providing B2C services. Slowly, we built it step by step to where it is today. Every step was learning and growing. I never gave up. I was kind of walking with my team. Slowly I built this team which currently has more than 110 team members. Today my team comprises of consultants well versed in the field of Skilled Immigrations, Corporate travel and Investment immigrations. The firm also has lawyers and solicitors as part of the team who are capable of handling all regulations to be followed by any corporate in any capacity,” says Varun Singh, MD, XIPHIAS Immigration.

Each sub team will be given a use case by their team lead and one of the team will be assigned the job to enact their work as a skit or as a presentation or in any manner they can think of.
