Our focus has always been on fostering innovation by leveraging Design Thinking, Digital Transformation and Analytics to help organizations improve their people and processes.
As company we have also evolved while partnering with our customers and help them deploy Best-in-Class solutions for better business efficiencies and customer engagement.

Question: Kindly brief us about the proactive founder/CEO of the company and his/her contribution towards company and Industry.
Answer: Founder & CEO, Mr. Manmeet Singh Nayyar is the driving force in building and growing the organization. Before founding Arsym, Mr. Nayyar had over a decade of experience of working with leading global companies such as GE, American Express, Tech Mahindra and Global eProcure.
In his desire to boost the mid-segment companies, he crafted Vertical Specific Solutions to address respective key pain areas and built growth sharing partnerships. His approach of using CTO (Consulting, Technology, and Outsourcing) and BOT (Build Operate and Transfer) models helped Arsym gain confidence of the new entrants in such transformation journey.
He has been instrumental in launching pioneering and innovative products and services in India – be it deploying TrustSphere Social Capital Analytics Enterprise Business Solutions or Providing Experiential Learning and Holistic development for K-12 Children using SpieQ Edutainment Platform, Products and Services.
Mr. Nayyar is a B.E. (Gold Medalist) – Electronics Engineer, having done his Masters in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California (USC) and MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management & Research. He has also pursued leadership programs at Columbia Business School and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Answer: With the economic slowdown affecting all verticals in India, businesses are seeking growth accelerator partners. There is immense opportunity for consulting firms to partner and build innovative solutions. Also we have seen high demand in Financial Advisory and Compliance Services with SMB segment needing hand-holding in implementing the recent government regulations in India.
We’ve always fostered companies to expand their business horizons to global level, building new supply chains and entering new markets. Sometimes it becomes challenging for us while doing the Market Research Studies and spearheading business development initiatives for our clients in new emerging markets.
Environments have become much more Stressful and it is important that societies focus on enhancing the Emotional Quotients in people to build global business leaders.
Question: Brief us about the major challenges Arsym Consulting Pvt. Ltd has faced.
Answer: Our biggest challenge and most enriching experience were while diversifying from a Consulting Company to Edutainment Products Company. This needed new inclusions in terms of man power and culture within the company.
Also the shift from consumer services to learning services was a new paradigm that bestowed a lot of social responsibility of building a brighter next-generation. With the grace of God, we are the only company in the world that has credibility of providing learning with fun and building all quotients of human development in children – Spiritual, Physical, Intellect and Emotional.
Expanding our horizons to global markets was another challenging but exciting journey. We currently offer services across US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Dubai and Malaysia besides catering most regional markets in India. Our client list includes leading Indian and Global brands including some Fortune 100 companies.
Question: What are the major contributing factors behind your company’s success?
Answer: We are driven by values of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Women Empowerment, Inclusive Growth and Environmental Sustainability. In all our projects and initiatives they form the cornerstone of our decision making. A dedicated lean workforce empowered by these values has helped us achieve great milestones over last 8 year.
Question: How do you motivate creativity and innovation in the workspace while maintaining a healthy work environment?
Answer: Choosing the right Inter-Disciplinary team is the core to success for innovation. In all our projects we have trained people to address problems with the design thinking approach, beginning with Need Analysis. The desire in the team to build futuristic products and services for our clients is the key motivational factor.
Question: Share your experience and brief us about the tactics and strategies to build long term customer relationship.
Answer: For long term relationship, it is imperative to build high level of customer engagement in both online and offline environments. It is important to have an active and responsive customer base in the B2C environment and communicating with them with contextual targeted messages. In the B2B environment that we operate in, we build strategic partnerships and invest in our client’s growth initiatives besides giving them the strategy & consulting services. Our CTO and BOT models are the key to our partnership successes.
Question: How do you see the company and the industry in the future ahead?
Answer: We are committed to building a global community of Innovative Next Generation Kids that shall collaborate to learn together through experiential learning. We are working towards further enhancing the features of SpieQ Platform and extend it in regional languages as well.
