  1. Transactional 

The transactional model comprises rewards and penalties for employees that the manager handles to improve the job performance of every worker in the company. The name of the model indicates its concern with the transaction and exchange proceedings in the company for achieving desired goals. It is a non-self motivating structure that mainly focuses on supervision, organization, and performance. The leaders who use this framework to structure their leadership model possess a high degree of clarity and reward for management and decisions. So, employees are also clear about the leader’s expectations and objectives which help in enhancing the workforce’s performance. 

  1. Servant

The servant leadership model is used for the betterment of the creative business. In this model, leaders mainly focus on the needs and want of the workers and employees under their leadership. Do not consider this model low-quality leadership work because leaders do not have to work like servants in this model. These models entirely depend upon the leader’s behavior with work staff in the company for a long time. 

  1. Autocratic 

The autocratic leadership model involves leaders who are the ultimate authority in the company, take all powers, and decide on their own without taking suggestions from others. This type of model works in those scenarios where a high level of skills and abilities are required in an individual. So, Autocratic leadership is also known as an individual-centric model. In this model, leaders refrain from taking any input or suggestions from the employees while figuring out decisions that create high-risk situations for the company. Autocracy mainly works where teams with bounded skills and training. The Autocratic model’s standout benefit is that it streamlines the corporate decision-making process.

  1. Democratic

The democratic leadership model is the most frequently used by HR crew and professionals who value teamwork. Leaders who prefer this model involve their team members and work staff to make final decisions. So this leadership model gives opportunities to employees to demonstrate their creativity and skills, which provides job satisfaction and results in productivity. In short, this model deals with innovative team members with out-of-the-box thinking during critical situations. So, this creative environment in the workplace boosts productivity and quality of work which inherently supports the entire business model. 

  1. Affiliative

The Affiliative leadership model mainly focuses on the relationship with people in an organization. Affiliative leaders prioritize harmony and friendship in the workplace, which leads to a healthy workplace in an organization. These types of leaders knot their teams tightly with one another. Good communication and intense focus are the featuring qualities of Affiliative leaders. This leadership style improves the overall performance of team members and encourages them to use their abilities and inventiveness in work.

  1. Laissez-Faire 

Leaders who follow the Laissez-Faire model have a hands-off approach during work and give freedom to team members to make decisions. This model is generally used in the startups and creative industries like advertising, where better results can be achieved via independent thinking. Although this approach only relies on the free-flowing creative process, leaders must constantly monitor the performance and efficiency of their team members in order to increase productivity and decision-making.

  1. Bureaucratic 

The company runs on the Bureaucratic leadership model is of rigid planning and organization to improve the growth graph constantly. This model is used by government agencies and small or large-scale business models with a designed working chain and solidly regulated operating rules. It includes a formal ranking system of authority in the sectors, which demands hard and consistent work from the team members. This leadership model is a well-organized management framework for enhanced efficiency and economic growth of the company.
