Manifested the Idea of Remote Team Solutions
Pedro Barboglio has always believed that people are the most essential part of any business; the key to success is having the right team and having them motivated. When he was CEO of one of his family businesses (ready to eat meals), he went to live in Austin to expand his business in the USA. Seeing how their USA clients from that food company and some other business person needed to hire big teams for their growing companies, but didn’t have the budget, time, or talent, they got together to try to see the way to help them.
They wanted to offshore their teams, but they demanded the same time zone, same culture, and high-quality motivated talent with low turnover rate, and didn’t want to have to fly for more than 15 hours in case they needed to see their team or bring a team member to their offices. They wanted a company that would treat their staff like they would do. After several meetings and research, they decided that Mexico was the place to have their teams, and they went on to try to find a company that could do this for them. After a long search for the right company, they discover that none meet the demands; so, they decided to help them and start their own company, Remote Team Solutions in 2015. Initially, they started the journey with just a few customers from their other businesses and quickly started growing.

Biggest Professional Failure and Learning
“We did a project to open offices in Honk Kong for the ready to eat meals business, and we sent people to start the process and start selling. We had to close the offices as it wasn’t the best move and we were growing in other countries,” Pedro Barboglio stated.
“I learned that we could have done more research. Next time I would be doing more research and at least spending one month myself in the country we want to open new offices,” he added.
New Ideas
For the company, Pedro Barboglio is looking to implement more perks for employees, and for customers, they want to implement a Network so that they can join and know each other to see if they can benefit from their services.

With this, they meant that if I was going to try something new, to do my best, don’t skimp, and try everything I can to make it work. If it fails, then I know I failed in first-class doing everything I could without regrets.”
