Israel’s PM Benjamin Netanyahu Urges Full Occupation of Gaza: Check Full Report

The PM of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, is soon to plan for occupying the Gaza Strip, according to media reports. It came in the news after the collapse of indirect ceasefire talks with Hamas, with one senior Israeli source.

As the negotiations with Hamas could not be done, the US and Israel have shifted their focus to a comprehensive strategy for ending the war and releasing all hostages, instead of the temporary ceasefire deals.

This week, the prime minister will convene his security cabinet to decide his next steps in Gaza. With these decisions, the Israeli force will expand its operations across the whole enclave, including Hamas’ captives, Channel 12, the Jerusalem Post, and Ynet.

The US envoy Steve Witkoff informed the families of hostages that the US government is looking for a comprehensive deal for returning all the hostages and ending the war; there will be no more piecemeal deals.

As reported, 74 Palestinians, including 36 seekers, were killed in the Israeli attack on Monday.  The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the global community to intervene immediately to prevent their implementation, whether they are a form of pressure, trial balloons for reconnaissance, or serious.

The Israeli PM Netanyahu is continuously facing pressure from the world to provide more humanitarian support in Gaza and stop the war, resulting in the increasing deaths of Palestinians due to malnutrition and Israeli attacks.

If this new plan takes place, it would be a major shift for Israel that would bring a phased hostage deal framework and enable releases of some of its hostages while continuing the war.

PM Netanyahu will have to maintain his coalition as far-right partners threatened to break the government in case Israel went for the permanent ceasefire.
