New Delhi, May 14, 2026 – AirBrick Infra, one of India’s fastest-growing AI-powered commercial design and build companies, has announced a major expansion initiative aimed at strengthening its footprint across India while accelerating its long-term vision of becoming a leading commercial interiors and workspace solutions brand across Asia and the Middle East.

Alongside its new headquarters, AirBrick has also expanded its presence across key business Indian markets by opening regional offices in Noida, Bengaluru, Surat, Mumbai, and Delhi to strengthen regional operations, client servicing, and execution capabilities. With operations now active across 65+ cities in India, the company continues to scale its distributed execution network to support large-scale commercial interior and workspace projects with greater speed, operational agility, and localized expertise.

Speaking on the expansion, Sanjeev Bhandari, Founder and CEO of AirBrick Infra, said: “This expansion reflects our confidence in the future of India’s commercial infrastructure and workspace ecosystem. We are building AirBrick to support businesses that are scaling rapidly across cities and countries and require execution partners who can deliver with speed, consistency, and innovation. Our ₹150 crore revenue target is backed by strong operational capabilities, technology-led systems, and growing trust from enterprise and managed workspace clients. We are not just expanding geographically, we are building a long-term ecosystem driven by people, processes, and technology.”

As part of its roadmap for FY 2026-27, AirBrick is targeting a revenue milestone of ₹150 crore while strengthening its positioning across co-working, managed offices, retail, healthcare, institutional infrastructure, and enterprise workspace segments. The company is actively building strategic relationships with leading Indian and International managed office operators expanding across India and the Gulf region, enabling long-term collaboration opportunities and scalable project pipelines. With each city functioning as an independent growth engine supported by dedicated local business development, project execution, and client servicing teams, AirBrick aims to deepen market penetration while maintaining execution consistency and operational agility at scale.

The expansion comes at a time when India is witnessing an unprecedented GCC (Global Capability Centre) boom, with multinational corporations rapidly establishing and expanding operations across major business cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Pune, and Chennai. The surge in demand for premium workspaces, technology-enabled office environments, and flexible infrastructure solutions is transforming the commercial interiors and fit-out industry at an accelerated pace.

Positioning itself at the forefront of this transformation, AirBrick is leveraging a technology-first operating model powered by AI-enabled space planning, intelligent visualization systems, real-time project tracking, and streamlined execution frameworks to deliver faster, more efficient, and scalable commercial environments. The company is also investing aggressively in strategic initiatives, process automation, data-backed project management systems, and high-performance execution teams to create a future-ready infrastructure ecosystem capable of supporting enterprise-scale growth.

AirBrick’s integrated approach spanning design consultancy, 3D visualization, MEP consultancy, procurement, turnkey execution, and technology-led project management has enabled the company to emerge as a preferred partner for businesses looking for agile and scalable workspace solutions.
