Growster Pioneers “Predictable Creative Volume” to Combat Rising Media Costs, Commits to 1,000 Video Deliveries a Month by January

New Delhi, July 28, 2026 – Growster, a Delhi NCR based growth-marketing agency known for helping brands scale through data-driven creative strategy, today announced the results of a year-long hypothesis test that it says points to a structural shift in performance marketing: as media buying grows more expensive and returns on ad spend (ROAS) come under pressure, creative output, not media spend, will be the primary lever brands can pull to stay competitive.

The agency is calling its approach Predictable Creative Volume, a system for producing a high, consistent cadence of ad creative designed to offset the declining efficiency of paid media. Growster says the model has already been tested and scaled with a roster of consumer brands, including SNITCH, OneGuardian Brands, VIRGIO, GoMechanic.in, Rubans, and Nishorama.

“Media buying is going to become increasingly expensive over the next 12 months. ROAS will dip, and CTRs will worsen; that’s the direct result of the shift Meta has forced on brands, where creative has become the new king,” said Harshit Arora, CEO and Creative Director of Growster. “We believe we’re among the first to identify a real solve for this, and the answer is as simple as it is effective: predictable creative volume.”

Growster says it has already put the model to work with some of the country’s largest consumer brands, helping them build predictable, repeatable ROAS outcomes without inflating creative spend.

At the center of Growster’s thesis is a simple industry math problem. Sourcing a single piece of creative — whether through a UGC creator or an in-house team — costs brands an average of ₹15,000, the company says, yet the “hit rate” on that creative (the share of assets that actually perform) typically lands between 1-in-2 and 2-in-10. The result is a high-cost, low-predictability system where brands are effectively gambling on which assets will work.

Growster’s Predictable Creative Volume model is built to change that ratio. Rather than treating creative production as a one-off, ad hoc spend, the company is building what it describes as a repeatable machinery that in-house brand and performance marketing teams can own directly — one that gathers performance insights and turns them into sharp, high-converting video at volume.

Building on the early results of its work with existing partners, Growster is now setting an ambitious internal target: building the capacity to strategize, produce, and deliver 1,000 videos in a single calendar month by January 2027, spanning everything from initial strategy through final delivery.

To support that scale-up, the company said it is:

  • Hiring young, ambitious talent to help build out its creative and production capacity.
  • Onboarding new brand partners that want to get ahead of the shift toward creativeled performance marketing.
  • Confirming several additional partnerships currently in progress, which it is not yet

naming publicly.
