New Delhi, November 11, 2025 – IIT Indore’s IITI Drishti CPS Foundation, in collaboration with DHN, W Health Ventures, CDAC, and iCreate, announces the five shortlisted startups for the next round of the HealthTech Innovation Challenge 2025, powered by AWS. The challenge, launched last month, aims to identify and accelerate India’s most promising HealthTech startups through mentorship, incubation, and access to pilots and funding opportunities.

This initiative is firmly aligned with the Government of India’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, where a developed India is underpinned by equitable access to quality healthcare, enabled by digital infrastructure and innovation. Achieving a “healthy and productive population” is central to the Viksit Bharat mission, with digital health platforms, interoperable health records, and preventive care anchored as strategic priorities.

After an extensive evaluation process conducted in October, five exceptional startups have been shortlisted to participate in the upcoming Demo Day, to be held at IIT Indore on 15th November. These startups have been recognized for their cutting-edge innovations addressing key challenges in mental health access, interoperability, diagnostics, and primary care through AI and digital health technologies.

This year’s edition carries special significance. The DHN HealthTech Innovation Challenge 2025 has been officially recognized as a Pre-Summit Event for the upcoming India–AI Impact Summit 2026, hosted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and IndiaAI. This recognition positions the Challenge as a crucial link in India’s broader AI and digital health ecosystem, connecting innovators, policymakers, and investors working to shape the country’s AI-led healthcare future. The Demo Day, to be held at IIT Indore, will thus not only highlight cutting-edge health innovations but also contribute directly to the conversations shaping India’s AI-driven healthcare transformation.

The Top 5 Finalists for the DHN HealthTech Innovation Challenge 2025 are:

  • Ivory – A Bengaluru-based healthtech startup using neuroscience-backed assessments and interactive games to enable early detection and intervention in cognitive health.
  • Plus91 – digital health platform (MediXcel™) that has achieved certification for integration with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) ecosystem, enabling interoperable health record sharing across providers.
  • HeyDoc AI – An AI-powered healthcare ecosystem built on ABHA/ABDM infrastructure, offering personal health-records, hospital connectivity, and AI-driven wellness insights.
  • BrainSight AI – A Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup leveraging AI and neuroscience (via its VoxelBox platform) to map brain connectivity, enabling precision diagnosis and treatment planning for neurological and psychiatric disorders.
  • Curebay Technologies – A tech-enabled hybrid healthcare platform focused on rural India: combining e-clinics, diagnostics, and telemedicine.

Speaking about the milestone, Vishnu Saxena, Founder & CEO of DHN and ScaleHealthTech, said, “The response to this year’s HealthTech Innovation Challenge has been truly inspiring. What began as a vision to bring together innovators, healthcare institutions, and investors on one unified platform has now transformed into a movement that is driving meaningful change in India’s digital health landscape. The startups that have made it to this stage are not just building products; they are solving problems that matter to millions of Indians. Our goal is to ensure that health innovation is not just celebrated but also scaled responsibly and inclusively.”

Adding to this, Aditya Vyas, CEO of IITI Drishti CPS Foundation, said, “This collaboration with DHN represents a crucial step in realizing the Government of India’s vision of Viksit Bharat through the integration of digital technologies into healthcare delivery. India’s healthcare challenges are vast and varied, ranging from accessibility and affordability to data management and preventive care. But within these challenges lies an enormous opportunity for innovation. The startups that we have seen in this cohort are using AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics to bring care closer to the people who need it most.”

Post the Demo Day, winners and runners-up will be onboarded into the DHN Ecosystem, gaining access to mentorship, hospital pilots, and funding opportunities. This integration aims to accelerate their journey toward commercialization and scale within India’s growing digital health landscape.
