Elon Musk Owns Twitter for $44B and Declares “bird is freed”

According to US media and some investors of the business firm, on Thursday, 27 Oct, the world’s wealthiest man took over the ownership of one of the popular micro blogging platforms, Twitter. After becoming CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon added one more large company to his business empire. Mr. Musk has taken all charges and owns the Twitter company and it is reported that firing of top executive Parag Agarwal is happened in the company, but it is not confirmed by the brand yet.  He also gave some clarity about the future ambitions he has determined for social media platforms. Lots of legal processes and months of drama resulted in handing over Twitter to Elon musk. On Thursday night, he arrived at the San Francisco headquarters of Twitter and closed the deal of $44 Billion with executives. After a successful deal and owning Twitter, Elon Musk declared that the ‘bird is freed’ and officially announced the news of acquiring Twitter. He revealed on his Twitter handle that he would change specific Twitter processes and develop it as free an accessible venue for people to talk and politicians for speeches. He also hinted at transforming the Twitter app into a modified version encompassing multiple business and shopping, payments to gaming options.

He gave clarification that he bought Twitter for the future of civilization and for a healthy digital society. Musk also revealed that he did not buy Twitter for more money but for humanity. Another important thing he wrote in his tweet is that Twitter is warm and welcoming to all but considers all laws and rules according to the particular country. Relevancy in advertising on Twitter is the next big thing that Twitter users will experience under Elon Musk’s leadership. He also said that the company is aimed to defeat all spam bots and advertise on Twitter to provide only relevant and quality advertisements to users. 

It is clear that Elon musk is ultimately in charge of the company but yet not make any comment on the next CEO and other top executives of Twitter. In some past months, he revealed that he planned to remove all spam advertising and fake accounts from the app and make social media platforms a free place for healthy public and political talks. Mr. Musk explicated on managing consequences on Twitter. He said in his tweet that Twitter obviously is not free for all hellscapes where anything can be said. He clarified that “Twitter aspired to be the most respected advertising platform in the world.”
