How to Stay Motivated When Starting Your First Business Venture

Are you feeling unmotivated lately?

You’re not alone. Many people feel this way, especially when things are constantly changing in their lives. Motivation helps us take corrective action and adapt to our ever-changing environment and is key when starting your very first business.

Luckily, there are a lot of ways to get motivated. It could be as simple as reading an inspiring article or watching a motivating video. Or maybe you need to talk to someone who can give you some good advice. Whatever it is, I’ve got the most effective ways to develop and maintain motivation for you right here.

Write Down Your Goal

Develop your goal, and be sure to write it down. Think about the type of business you want to create. How much money do you want to make? What do you wish to offer to your customers? How do you want your customers to view your services or products? What will the mission of your business be? How do you want to feel about your business? It’s best to be as vivid as possible.

There are two reasons why writing down your goals is directly linked to success.

The first is that your written goals on paper become a visual cue – a sort of reminder for why you’re doing what you’re doing. Hang them on the fridge or near your desk to always have them available for you to review. The second reason is that a biological phenomenon called “encoding” occurs. The best part about it is what neuropsychologists have identified as the “generation effect.” It says that when you actively write down your goals while encoding occurs, you have a higher chance of remembering them. This is because the installation of the memory is happening on two levels. First, when you generate the goal in your mind and again when you regenerate that image as you write it down in your illustrative words.

You can apply this technique to any goal you have. People who know about this and put it into practice have a sharp edge above the rest when working towards their goal line.

Create a realistic schedule for reaching your goal

Being realistic about what you can accomplish with your time is vital to your success. If you over-commit yourself, you may become overwhelmed and discouraged, which is certainly not part of the recipe for success.

Think about your current situation and responsibilities. How much time are you able to devote to your goal? Work out which days and times you will focus on your business. It’s best to be as consistent as possible to maintain your momentum. For example, when I was first starting, I only worked on building my online business when my son went to work (3-4x per week, 3-4hrs per day).

Do your best to keep balance in your life and not push yourself too hard. When you grind away at one thing too much, you wind up compromising your ability to bounce back and continue forward. Create a plan that works best for you and stick to it.

Find a mentor or accountability partner

Accountability partners act as coaches for each other by helping each other stay accountable to their commitments and stay on track towards their goals. You can find an accountability partner by asking someone working towards the same or different goal of their own. You can also enlist someone you feel supports you in reaching your dreams by asking them to check in on you and your progress regularly. Let them know what you’re working on and need to stay accountable to your goal.

Depending on your support needs, mentors can offer many advantages in helping you achieve your personal and professional/business goals. Mentors can supply a broad range of support, advice, and guidance, like assisting you to identify your skill set and skills that need developing. They can introduce you to “the right people” and help you build confidence in yourself.

Stay organized

Staying organized does wonders for your time management and productivity. By remaining organized, you can feel empowered and energized with less overwhelm and stress. It will also help you sleep better and to feel more confident in yourself. Making lists, using calendars and planners, and reducing clutter are just a few ways to help you stay organized. Try employing different organization techniques to discover which works best for you.

Keep track of your progress

In tracking your progress, you’ll be able to stay focused on what’s most important to reaching your goals. There are several ways you can do this, but one of the easier ways to track your progress is to log all your daily accomplishments on a calendar. In doing this, you’ll be creating an effective visual reminder of your progress while strengthening your focus, generating a solid sense of accomplishment and momentum while averting complacency from creeping in.

Reward yourself for milestones reached

Building your business is an exciting process. The last thing you want is your exciting endeavor to become a chore. How would you feel if you put in all sorts of good energy and work for your employer and none of it was recognized or rewarded? Perhaps resentful with a loss of interest in doing what it takes to succeed? Feeling this way can stifle progress. You can create momentum to take more action and create more success by celebrating your accomplishments and reinforcing the good behavior that helped you achieve them.

There are countless ways you can pat yourself on the back. Reward yourself with a coffee break, a mane/Pedi, a car wash, a video game, a favorite treat, time outside, or a mini-vacay. However you choose to reward yourself, you must know that you deserve it!

Keep learning and expanding your knowledge base

Suppose you aren’t growing and developing yourself or continually looking for ways to grow and scale your business. In that case, you may begin to feel stagnant in your forward movement toward your ultimate goals, ultimately causing you to lose valuable motivation to stay on course.

Continually learning will lead you to discover new sales opportunities and methods for efficiency like software, tools, and new skills. By keeping your knowledge fresh, you’ll be keeping your business current, competitive and relevant.

Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.” – Ronald E. Osborn

Now that you’ve learned ways to stay motivated, apply them to any aspect of your life when maintaining motivation is essential to completing your goal at hand.

The 5 Best Alternatives to WordPress

Starting as just a blogging software called b2/catalog, WordPress has now gone through more than 18 years of continuous development. That time is enough for WordPress to build itself a wide network of customers around the world.

As of 2021, the number of websites created and supported by this platform accounts for 40% of the total number of websites worldwide.

And it’s not too surprising that big companies like Sony, Time Inc, NBC, TechCrunch, or CNN also choose it as the preferred solution when it comes to web connectivity. However, nothing is perfect. WordPress also has its limitations. If that bothers you, the following platforms are the best alternatives to WordPress.

What is WordPress? What do I love about this platform?

WordPress is a CMS (Content Management System) system that is open source and free for everyone. It works to publish blogs or websites using PHP and MySQL, the most popular website programming language duo currently supported on all web hosting.

Over time, the number of users increased, and collaborators who were programmers also participated in large numbers to develop the WordPress source code that added great features. WordPress supports users to create many different types of websites such as blogs, news/magazine websites, business introductions, e-commerce, even with highly complex websites such as hotel reservations, Rent a car, post real estate projects.

WordPress is used by many people because of its ease of use and many useful features. WordPress provides a user-friendly platform to install, use and develop without having to know too much about PHP and other programming languages.

Besides, it has various templates and themes from free to paid, where you can customize everything according to your taste. Along with that, the rich library of WordPress plugins available helps to make your work easier and more efficient. WordPress also offers to monetize with WooCommerce, an eCommerce platform optimized for WP.

The powerful WordPress back-end allows you to quickly update any content of your site and add all the information afterward (if necessary). And finally, when the going gets tough, you’ll always have the support of WordPress communities around the world. The WordPress community is also involved in many outreach activities, organizing WordPress events around the world, and supporting the growth of small groups of WordPress users.

Those few short lines are enough for you to understand why more and more users migrate to WordPress, right?

Limitations of WordPress

1. Income restrictions

You cannot operate Google Adsense or other advertising programs to serve ads on WordPress.com blogs. You cannot write paid posts, sell links, review products, etc. WordPress.com’s terms of service restrict your free use of the blog for any commercial activity on your site.

However, you can apply to WordPress.com’s advertising program called WordAds. This program is available for WordPress.com blogs and is suitable for certain traffic and quality requirements. Once you are approved for the WordAds program, you will share your advertising revenue with WordPress.com.

2. Restrictions on updating plugins and themes

The incredibly rich collection of plugins and themes is one of the greatest strengths of WordPress. However, the platform seems to “bundle” the users into the available resources if they do not have a bit of programming capital for themselves.

WordPress themes are hard to edit unless you understand what you’re doing. Even for coders who aren’t familiar with WordPress’ theme structure, it can take a long time to tweak.

A lot of free WordPress themes and plugins are not updated and supported, making it difficult to keep everything running smoothly once the WordPress platform is updated.

The solution to this is to rely mainly on premium plugins. Many users also choose to switch from using WordPress.com to self-hosted WordPress.org to take advantage of the features. But many people are still using WordPress because they do not understand the advantages and features of self-hosting.

3. Are you hoping for WordPress security? Don’t do that!

Security is also one of the limitations for WordPress. This comes from the fact that the platform is open source and very popular. This makes WordPress a prime target for many hackers who can search WordPress sites and find you even if you only have a small website.

They can also easily find security loopholes and weaknesses, making these websites more vulnerable to hacking. The constant occurrence of hacked WordPress websites requires users to update new versions, patches, or plugins to enhance security continuously. This doesn’t take long but can become annoying when you just want to install and forget about them to focus on other things.

4. Not a platform for development

With WordPress, you get a free blogging service but you don’t get the powerful CMS features that are the main reason for WordPress’ popularity. To make it easier for you, let’s say that you start with a basic blog and then want to offer online courses, sell digital downloads, or open a forum, or even an online store. line. It is impossible to do all of this with your free WordPress.com blog.

Professional blogs with multiple authors and editors find that WordPress lacks basic user management and role division capabilities. This can be overcome through WordPress multisite plugins and split management roles, but it cannot be as good as using a CMS with built-in functions.

5. Storage capacity

The last limitation for WordPress that I’ve noticed is the hosting issue.

WordPress has also been reported to have low performance in handling large and multisite databases. Websites built with WordPress are often large and consume a lot of server resources. This is more than necessary for the needs of most users (nor is it appropriate).

Best alternatives of WordPress

1. Joomla!

Joomla! is an ideal WordPress alternative. It is an award-winning open-source CMS. It’s a great solution for you to master in no time, as it also includes a detailed set of Textpattern tutorials.

Unlike other similar WordPress, Tiki Wiki does not focus on 3rd party extensions, but heavily on developing native features. So it’s a powerful framework, easy to update the core. Tiki Wifi is suitable for projects that require a lot of cooperation from many sides, or sites with a strong social network community.

Tech Leaders Should Focus On Improving Customer Experiences

The role of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is drastically changing in recent years from a tech-centric role to one having leadership, vision and a more customer-centric approach. In an exclusive interaction, Natasha Jethanandani, CTO of Kaleidofin – a digital financial services platform that offers innovative investment solutions – reflects on the changing role of IT leaders in the industry. After stints at Google and Microsoft, Jethanandani explains what it takes to head the technology team at a fintech company, a sector that is increasingly relying on advanced technology innovation and customer-centricism.

How do you see the IT leader’s role has changed over the years?

Having spent close to 15 years in the sector, I believe one of the most important aspects that changed for technology leaders is the focus on building better customer experiences. Today, an increasing number of companies have a mobile-first approach, which leads to creating integrated interfaces and an end-to-end customer engagement experience. Understanding the target segment to build UX that resonates with them, along with creating a seamless backend that provides functionality in a performant and scaled way should now be the focus of any technology team.

What is the role you play in your organization? How do you draw inspiration to manage your day-to-day operations?

Kaleidofin is a tech-led platform that provides integrated financial solutions to the under-banked. Our solutions are entirely online and accessible by customers through the Kaleidofin App. As a CTO, my responsibilities are divided into both building the customer facing app as well as scaling the backend and automating processes to create a seamless experience.

The Kaleidofin business strategy and growth plans posed several challenges to us. First, Kaleidofin is a mass market product. We aim to get a minimum of a million customers over 2 years. The technology systems therefore had to be built to work with large volumes.

Second, our target segments are diverse, not just in their financial service needs, however, we wanted to make sure we offer customised services for each one of them. Our app today, creates a risk persona for each individual customer and suggests a solution based on the same.

My team members and I regularly interact with the agents who work with the customers as well as the customers to understand and make changes in our systems. In less than a year, we have seen many customers increase their saving capacity from INR 100-1000. The interactions and also the success ratio with customers keep us motivated about our work.

What were the lessons you learnt from your Microsoft and Google days?

As technology professionals, it is imperative to experiment and learn each day and I believe that’s one lesson that I carry back from my Google and Microsoft days. Microsoft and Google were undoubtedly amongst the best learning launch pads. Here each employee, irrespective of the number of years of experience is encouraged to come up with new ideas and question existing ones. The companies had an entrepreneurial culture. Every team was encouraged to initiate new projects and new ideas. However, the teams had to convince technical architects and business leaders internally about the value propositions of these projects. Working with incredibly smart people day in and day out was very motivating. I encourage my team constantly to debate and question constantly. Within Kaleidofin, we keep track of new trends, platforms and what is going on in the industry and try to inculcate a continuous learning environment.

What’s your view on the state of women CIO/CTOs in India? How do you support more women tech leaders in the workforce?

As mentioned above, the role of a CTO /CIO is now becoming strategic in nature that has a direct impact on business. The choice of a CTO /CIO is entirely based on an individual’s capability and commitment to work.

We have a gender agnostic approach at Kaleidofin. Having said that, our policies such as flexible work times, support for work life balance, etc, makes it an employee friendly place which encourages more women to work with us. Also, we are excited that we have a great set of women leaders – our CEO is a woman and we have strong women leaders in Product Management, Business Development and other teams as well.

What role does innovation play in IT? How do you ensure that your team makes enough time to innovate and create new business led IT tools?

There are new technology advancements almost every day – across many areas including cloud platforms, AI/ML and at a device level. It is important for any technology team to not just keep abreast with the new developments but also incorporate them in their existing systems and processes.

At Kaleidofin, we strive to do this regularly. A good example is where we observed a business problem wherein customers KYCs were failing regularly due to poor quality pictures taken in the field. We immediately incorporated AI-based OCR technology into our mobile app to do text recognition on the pictures captured and prevent poor quality pictures at the source itself. This had the advantage of catching issues real-time and also reduced operational costs significantly.

At Kaleidofin, we encourage our teammates to constantly research and learn from developments in the industry. We also invite experts and professionals from the industry to share their learning with us.

What technologies are you toying with or are likely to explore in the future?

We are actively looking at technology that helps build scalable platforms using commodity hardware – architecture that uses microservices to create reliable and multi-tenant systems, building a high performant data pipeline that can be used for near real-time analytics.

We are looking at AI based technologies that can help with customer engagement – personalization, improved onboarding, improved communication using NLP techniques (voice recognition, chatbots), issue resolution that ‘learns’ customer needs (using multi channel customer service assistance). Also, customers are getting comfortable with voice-based tech (voice-to-text, text-to-speech) and we are exploring how to apply this along with a strong focus on vernacular. We are further using AI, OCR and computer vision techniques to move towards Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and machine learning and anomaly detection to prevent fraud.

What are your tips to future CIO/CTOs or IT leaders?

The world of technology is today dynamic and constantly evolving. New platforms and developments in technology, AI and ML have a huge impact on business models. For any technology professional therefore, it is more important than ever before to set aside enough time to learn and evolve with the changes, take on leadership roles and new challenges.

What’s is the Difference Between Sales and Marketing

People have become confused about the roles that sales and marketing play in a business. Some think sales is in charge of cash flow, and some believe that marketing is in charge. Some even lump sales and marketing together, thinking they’re the same thing, and have the two departments as part of the same team. So who’s right?

It’s a difficult question because both help produce sales, and they both interact with the customer. But there’s no doubt that salespeople are the ones who close the deal.

Marketing is a high-level job that reaches a larger audience than sales, which tends to deal with a one-on-one relationship with the customer. But they are a team, and they must work closely together to make sure the transition from potential buyer to buyer is seamless -and complete.

Marketing – Sales at a High Level

Marketing is like advertising in that it helps the sales team sell the product or service. Marketers tend to focus on features so they can attract the widest audience. They work at a very high level, creating personas, or imaginary customers, based on demographics such as age, ZIP code, and income level. Sometimes they may conduct interviews with real people, but they tend to turn those interviews into two or three personas that represent what they heard in the interviews – and ultimately, they represent the entire market for the product.

Then it’s execution time. They then use marketing strategies to capture customers attention and get them interested in the product. Marketing is not just about brochures anymore. It now encompasses many different forms of media, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising. It casts a wide net, but there’s little personalization to it.

Sales – Real People, Real Situations

Sales, on the other hand, is more complicated. It’s more detailed, and salespeople deal with real customers, sometimes face-to-face. Because of this, they have to know the actual person and their likes, dislikes, desires, and fears. They ask questions. They listen. The more information they know, the better they understand the customer and the easier it will be to help them find a product or service that meets the customer’s needs.

Salespeople are usually the highest paid people in a company. They should know marketing as well as sales, but they must know how to connect with people and show how the product or service meets their needs. They also ensure product delivery and manage the cash flow side of the business. Many times in a small company, the CEO is a salesperson because they know more about the company than anyone.

It’s Not All About Differences

Despite their differences, the two disciplines do overlap at times. While marketing tends to focus on the product, its strategies can appeal to a customer’s emotions and thinking. Salespeople do the same thing when trying to close the deal. All customers want is to solve the problems in their lives and make progress. Marketing and sales are locked in step with this idea.

Sometimes it’s the job of marketing to create interest, or brand awareness. For example, a marketing campaign might center on a new car and the features it has. It may appeal to a customer’s sense of social status, and they might look up the car on Google or even travel to a dealership to test drive a car. It’s then up to the salesperson to make the sale, talking to them about their needs and desires, and fitting them with the car that fits those needs.

People Convince Themselves to Buy

When I entered the world of sales and marketing at a countertop company, it was challenging, The focus was always on the product’s features and benefits, and the customer was a set of demographics: age, ZIP code, and income.

But no one was asking real customers why they were buying. Their age and income have nothing to do with what’s really going on in their lives. That’s how customer interviews became so important to sales: to find out the smaller picture about what was affecting consumer behavior.

I soon found out that we as salespeople and marketers don’t convince people to buy anything. They convince themselves. After I discovered that, sales became much easier. It was my job to help them come to a decision and help them with the problem they were trying to solve.

That’s really what a company does. Marketers just talk to customers at a high level, and salespeople talk to them at the ground level. It’s up to the customer what decision they make.

Why NFTs are Expensive to Buy

Without a question 2021 was the year of Crypto-currencies. Despite the high volatility, the overall sentiment towards Crypto was positive, which eventually led to skyrocketing demand for NFTs, altcoins, and meme coins.

In this article, we will talk about NFTs, how they work? What are they? And why would you even consider paying thousands of dollars for a pixelated 2D image or a piece of land on some virtual city?

Now coming to the question,

 what is NFT?

To simply answer your question, NFTs are Non-Fungible Tokens.

That doesn’t make any sense. Right?

Yes! It’s my bad. Non Fungible Tokens are something that is unique and can’t be replaced with something else. The term ‘fungible’ is used, when one can exchange an asset he/she holds with another asset of the same value. Suppose you have $50 and you need to pay two bills of $25 each. As usual, you exchanged that $50 for those two bills thus exchanging the asset with a new same value asset.

However, NFTs are ‘non-fungible’, which makes them unique. As an example, Dali’s paintings are non-fungible. Yes! It is technically possible to copy them, but the original one remains unique and irreplaceable.

Now you may ask why to pay for something that is entirely virtual?

As crypto-currencies are fungible, they can be divided into various smaller units like Wei and Satoshis. However, NFTs are non-fungible and can’t be broken down into smaller units. It consists of unique data, which are rare and very limited in number.

One of the main aspects of NFT is its digital certificates of ownership, which can be bought and sold with the respective artwork that proves the authenticity.

Now you might ask, ‘what’s the big deal?’ ‘I can download the artwork from the internet for free.’

And here you are wrong my friend! You can certainly download as many copies as you like, but copies can never achieve the value and authenticity of the original one.

Are you interested to know, where to buy your first NFTs?

In order to own an NFTs, you need to have a digital wallet to store your Ethereum. Crypto exchanges like Binance, KuCoin, and Coinbase let you create a wallet, which can be connected to the marketplace from where you are planning to buy your first NFT.

Also note, NFT stores are like little auction houses, where many places bid to own a single artwork. With the massive surge in NFT’s demand, finding a marketplace is not so tough. However, we would always encourage you to buy from trustworthy and well-known sites like SuperRare, OpenSea.io, BakerySwap, Axie Marketplace, etc.

Why NFTs are Game Changers for Artists?

There’s a stark difference between art-markets and NFT markets. Most of the NFT artists take at least 10-20% cut from the secondary sales, which means every time the art piece gets sold, a part of the income will go to the artist. This idea is a real novelty and it can change the world of art permanently, and you know the best part? All the sales and transactional data from the NFT sales gets recorded on block chain allowing artists to get their cut automatically.

Can I Create an NFT?

Certainly! Anyone can create an NFT for that matter. You have to turn your own artworks into NFTs on the block chain in order to offer them for sale. This conversion process is called minting.

Once your minting is done, you can put your NFT up for sale on the available NFT marketplaces where you’ll also have to attach your commission so you can continue receiving payments every time your art gets sold. However, the Ethereum block chain is infamous for exorbitant gas fees, which you’ll have to pay as transaction fees.

Clouds of Uncertainty

You might earn a lot from NFT, it may also be very good for creators. However, one of the most worrisome controversies around non-fungible tokens is the carbon footprints that are being created.

Now you might say, how much energy gets consumed by these pixelated art. A very popular NFT named Space Cat’s carbon footprint is equal to an EU resident’s electricity usage for two months, which is quite bad for a GIF of a cat.

In order to keep all the financial records secure, the block chain system forces miners to solve very complex problems using very powerful computers. Solving the problem helps miners to get rewarded by new tokens or transaction fees as result. However, due to the competitiveness of the market, many high-powered computer rigs work for the reward, but only one ends up solving the puzzle, thus earning the reward Robo Forex

You may ask now, what about the other participants? The answer is, even after burning a lot of energy, if a computer rig fails to solve the puzzle they can’t earn a reward. This makes the process (Proof of Work) incredibly energy inefficient, which in turn is leading to high carbon footprints.

However, with a new mechanism like Proof of Stake, organizations are trying to cut down gas fees and carbon footprints to a massive level. With the POS mechanism, the electricity consumption gets dropped to almost zero, which is beneficial for all the parties involved.

In fact, many businesses now pour a large percentage of their budget into social media campaigns and marketing tactics. Every company, from those selling shoes to those organizing the new Firefly launch, wants to create a social media campaign that goes viral.

However, successful social media branding isn’t just about throwing money at your marketing team or constantly spamming your socials. High-quality social media engagement focuses on injecting value into the content they create. By making content that is more targeted and intentional, brands can reach new customers, retain repeat clients, and manage their company image. Stay with us as we review the top social media marketing tips to add value to your online content.

What Is Social Media Marketing?

The benefits of social media marketing are far-reaching and can’t be understated if you run a business or want to start your own brand. But what is social media marketing and how can you get started? Simply put, social media advertising refers to your brand’s social media pages and the marketing content that you produce to share to these online channels.

While, in the past, most companies just had a website and maybe a Facebook page, modern brands tend to advertise on a variety of social media platforms. Popular social sites include large platforms, like Instagram and Twitter, and also incorporate more niche sites, like LinkedIn or Twitch. Large brands usually spend a good portion of their marketing budget on hiring a team or hiring content creators to run their social media profiles.

Meanwhile, social media marketing for small businesses is also a huge industry. Many smaller brands or creators run their social media marketing pages themselves. However, it is common for even small businesses to hire a marketing assistant or employ freelance creative teams to boost their social media stats.

Social media campaigns include things like video ads, customer-generated content, hashtag campaigns, and regular update posts. Effective social media marketing is generally measured by its ability to engage an audience. Essentially, it’s measured in clicks, likes, shares, conversions, and, ultimately, sales.

How to Add Value to Your Social Media Campaigns?
  1. Understand Your Audience

Traditional marketing has always involved discussions about a target audience. As a brand, you must know who this audience is and how this audience thinks. This is key to planning your campaign strategy. However, good marketing is also about knowing where there are holes in your audience. You should know which audiences are missing from your demographics and which potential audiences you want to reach.

Having a good knowledge of your core audience will help you create an effective social media marketing plan. Strategic analysis of your audience will help you understand your customer’s browsing habits and the types of posts that they are likely to relate to and click on. This can help give you tighter control over your marketing strategies and save you from wasting time just pumping out mediocre posts.

  1. Develop Core Pillars

No one should understand your brand ethos better than you. If you know what your brand’s core pillars are, you will find it much easier to sell this to your audience. However, some brands make the mistake of only talking about what they sell or produce. This can be off-putting and dull, especially on social media, which is a highly dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Instead, try to engage with trending topics that reflect both your values and the values held by your audience. For instance, if you’re an environmental clothing line, staying abreast of environmental news helps you know your customer (as this is something they will likely be interested in). Don’t be afraid to run social media campaigns that aren’t about selling your products but that reflect your core values. It helps develop trust with your audience and promotes you as more than just a brand hungry for clicks.

  1. Schedule Your Posts

Running your social media pages can feel really daunting, especially if you’re a small company. However, the importance of social media marketing is impossible to overstate, so you must find a strategy and get yourself online. One way to take the pressure off is to build a social media marketing calendar that tells you when and what to post.

You can plan posts as far in advance as you like, and it will save you from last-minute what-to-post panic. Scheduling your posts will also give you more control over your overall branding strategy. Once you’ve got the hang of it, you can experiment with things like teaser post campaigns or limited sales to draw in customers.

  1. Invest in Social Media Marketing Tools

The great thing about modern social media marketing is that you don’t have to do it all yourself. There are plenty of professional content marketing firms that offer social media marketing services to brands. You can also work with freelancers or with micro-influencers (who specialize in social media promotions) to help boost your sales. With the help of people email finder, it would be easy to hire influencers or freelancers.

What’s more, social media analytics and marketing tools let you break down your company performance and improve on it. For instance, you could invest in tools that tell you when the majority of your audience is online so you can schedule posts for this time. You can also use social media tools to automate posts so that you don’t have to watch the clock. There are also plenty of social media marketing courses you can take online if you want to manage things yourself rather than hire a team.

Conclusion

Social media marketing could be the key to your next business triumph. From boosting engagement to boosting sales, marketing yourself online is an excellent move. So, put your social media hat on and get online.

Final Call: Do you use social media marketing to promote your brand? Do you find it daunting or hire a team to help? Share your experiences in the comments!

Are you relocating for work, love, or just a change of scenery? Follow these tips to choose a place you’ll like living in before you embark on your relocation adventure.

Decide the type of apartment first.

The first thing you should consider is where you want to reside and how much money you have available to spend there. Take into consideration whether you want to live alone or with roommates, as well as the kind of apartment you’re interested in renting. Plan your budget wisely.

After that, you should determine how much money you can realistically spend on a new apartment. All of your utilities, food, and relocation expenses are included in your monthly rent payment. Do not forget about any other expenses you may owe, such as gas, parking, phone, and internet service, as well as any credit card debt you may be carrying around with you.

As a general rule of thumb, your rent expenditures should not be more than 30% of your monthly wage, including utilities. This will simplify you to save and budget for your other monthly expenses.

Consider the amenities for a better living.

It is important to remember that the price of an apartment may be affected by the facilities available. Individuals who live in the center of an apartment building will generally pay more than those who live on the top or bottom floors of the building.

Before making any judgments regarding the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you desire, you should consider how much space you really need. Besides this, you must consider the availability of hospitals, schools, and markets nearby the apartments to avoid unnecessary stress.

Before making a final selection, double-check that your selected options are still accessible. When looking for a new place to live in Jumeirah Village Circle, this is an absolute must-do phase in the process.

Pay the visits for self-inspections

If you’re looking at an apartment, be sure to take a close look around to see if there’s anything the owner could be attempting to hide. To begin, search for traces of insects inside cabinets and on the tops of shelves, among other places. Additionally, check to see sure the water is flowing smoothly in all of the sinks and showers around the house.

If the apartment is available for viewing, make an appointment to see it. Do this for each possible house on the shortlist that you are considering. The layout and amenities of the apartment may be seen via virtual tours; however, viewing the apartment firsthand provides an enhanced understanding of the neighborhood, the building’s layout, and the actual size, finishes, and functionality of the flat.

Finally, but certainly not least, make sure you take a phone charger with you so that you can test the outlets before you go. These concerns are often ignored, so be sure you thoroughly research them. Double-check that all of your furniture will fit in your new home before moving in. Don’t forget to take measurements at the building’s entrances, hallways, and inside the unit itself.

Hire professional rental services providers

When most people acquire a home, they enlist the assistance of a real estate agent to guide them. If you’re relocating to a new city and don’t know anybody in the area, you may not be aware that some real estate agents may help you locate a rental home to suit your needs.

The best way to avoid such a thing, you should look for the experts dealing in the apartment for rent in JVC. The professional service providers can even hold a property for a few days to let you decide. In this way, you would be able to get the selected option without crying over the spilled milk.

Once you have hired rental services, you will get many benefits besides time safety. So, feel free to contact the dealers operating in JVC to avoid time and money wastage.

Follow the guide to get the best apartment near you!

When you don’t know what you want or how much money you have to spend, it might be tough to find an apartment that meets your needs. Understandably, moving into your first apartment can be a nerve-wracking process for many people.

If you just put one foot in front of the other as the old children’s song goes, you can go anyplace you want to go! But be wise to pick an apartment option as it will have a long-lasting impact on your living. Start your search today for getting a home for you and your loved ones!
