The Leader
Sudharsan pursued his Master’s Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, in 2012. Then he started his career as a salesperson and slowly rose to the ranks of Managing Director. His past knowledge and passion for electronics have helped him to understand the market to a great extent, which has eventually led to the inception of Thinksemi Infotech in 2016.
He believes if an individual decides to be an entrepreneur, then that person must start his/her career by joining a small company, giving 100% effort, understanding the clients’ issues, and providing the right solution. This will eventually help that individual upgrade his/her knowledge, which is very important to start a company.
Since the firm’s inception, fulfilling clients’ expectations by delivering excellent quality products has played an integral part in its vision, and Sudharsan personally ensures the best product quality by establishing a QMS. During its initial phases, Thinksemi had only two people working for it, and Sudharsan played most of the roles starting from packing to delivering products to the clients.
Tackling Challenges
India witnessed a sharp rise in covid cases in March 2020, which led to a countrywide lockdown. It hampered the industry for quite a few days, leading to low demand and sales. Due to the low sales number, Thinksemi’s inventory started piling up. So, the organization shifted its focus to various medical equipment, including ventilators, temperature monitors, pulse oximeters, etc.
